Any info on the Animego Lone Wolf & Cub 6 disc box?

Does anyone have any info on the upcoming Lone Wolf and Cub 6 DVD box coming out soon? Is it just a slipcase bundle of the 6 individual releases or is there any special packagaing or added content?

Thanks in advance

Didn't know this was coming. I will have to grab this when it does get released since i haven't gotten around to picking up the individual releases yet.

I would bet it is just the same 6 discs in the slip case they offered before. This is exactly what they did with their Zatoichi movies. They released all 7 of them in the same slipcase they were selling for free.

Actually, with the current listed prices, Overstock beats the DDD 20%-off price, including shipping. I've never placed a pre-release order at Overstock, so I don't know how promptly they ship.

Overstock is $88.55 shipped, but it has the drawback of having your credit card charged immediately instead of as the item is shipped. Depends on your budget and comfort level with overstock as to whether the $1.41 is worth it.

just read the reviews of the disc that have been out for over a year...nothing new here, but a cardboard box and a lower msrp.

new is relative...it says new transfer to exceed the original THEATRICAL release...not the original dvd release. Marketing my friend.

Yeah, it's nothing new. It's just the original releases with the box they were pushing on their site.
