Some nice choices. I hated to vote against a list with my favorite movie on it (City of God), but on the whole, Ryo's list was more to my taste. And, I adored the majority of Mrs.Nesbit's list...but I felt the attempt at humor wasted a spot, so I voted against Good Burger and company.

What's everyone's toughest matchup? I stared at jfrost vs reefa for like 5 minutes. Gladiator vs Master & Commander, Fight Club vs Se7en, 3 disc Brotherhood of the Wolf vs 3 disc Hellboy; just a freakishly balanced matchup.

Little man, for once I agree with you.

Outside of my own and RyoHazuki's collection (no relation, hehe), I thought Reefa and and jfrost had two of the best collections in the whole tourney. But the trio of Fight Club, Beatles Anthology, and Almost Famous DC (probably the best director's cut of a movie I have ever seen, and a wonderful dvd to boot) beat out jfrost's wonderful collection (love se7en, memento, and fotr, but had to deduct based on panic room [boring movie, the special features on the dvd could not save it imho] and taken (only movie/dvd I had not seen of the bunch).

Honestly, I had a tough choice between Sweet Baby James's team and mine. I almost voted for his, but like a true politician I had to vote for myself because I need the votes.

You too. Your team was one of the few teams that I did not want to go up against. I like the emphasis that you put on true classics and B&W films. The only pick that I'm not crazy about is The Sound of Music, but I'm not really a fan of musicals. Great list.:)

I liked Joe's collection a lot. A lot of good stuff. I was just sold by Res Dogs and Mallrats.
