Killing Zoe SE ?????

R2 France has a 3 disc version with DTS and a directors cut and here there is only a DD 2.0 theatrical with minimal extras. Has there ever been a word on a rerelease?

If Avary ever gets around to making Glamorama, I'm sure atleast Rules will be rereleased, and probably with Gliteratti. Hopefully Zoe would also get upgraded.
