Doug?

There used to be a cartoon called "Doug" that was about a boy in the sixth grade and all the stuff that happend to him and his friends in the town of bluffington. It aired on Nick for like 4 years and then on Disney for another 4 years.

Has anyone heard any news about this classic coming to DVD? Thanks!

I wish. This is the only original Nicktoon not available on DVD (besides the movie)....We will prob. get the ABC Series before this one though.

I remember the one where Doug finds out that Porkchop is gay and then Porkchop runs away and goes on a boatride with a bunch of other gay animals.

Wrong show.

Mr. Dink's wife was a total bitch, anyone agree?

The day this series actually comes out on DVD will be the day I am complete.

I would like to see "Are You Afraid Of The Dark?" Seasoned Box Set's.

It is a possibilty with the recent release of "Clarissa Explains It All" and "The Adventures of Pete and Pete" it could be next in their "flashback" series.

Also "Ren & Stimpy" has been released so it could happen

As far as I know, they even took it off of Nicktoons, the digital cable channel, after a looong run 6 days a week. I'm glad I recorded them then (the mpeg-2 files I made are still sitting on DVD+RWs in the hopes that I'll someday be able to erase and resuse them). I'd buy this show (the Nick version) in a heartbeat.

"I need more allowance, yodelahee hoo. Why? Because I do."

Hopefully they'll release it on DVD. Maybe with a Beets CD.

Skeeter was so cool.

I'd get the Nick episodes in a heartbeat. So many classic epsiodes. The Disney ones blew fat chunks though.

I agree, although I may do it in a few heartbeats. There are a couple of other purchases I would like first.

This is probably the one thing that I want released more than anything.

I would also like to see the Doug episodes and also The Wonder Years, but who knows if we'll ever see those because of all the legal issues with the music.
