Will GOODBYE MR CHIPS(1969)ever be released on dvd?

This is one of Peter O'tooles greatest performances. Its a shame its still not avaiable on dvd. Who ownes the rights to this MGM film? Is it Warner or Sony? Its bad enough we're missing BECKET also.
