The New Kids release date 10/4

The New Kids (1985) with Shannon Presby, Eric Stoltz, James Spader, and Lori Loughlin has a release date for Oct 4th with a 1.85 anamorphic transfer.

Isn't this the movie where evil punk James Spader sits down at a piano at some point and sings some sappy song that no punk would ever sit down and sing?
