missing disk in set (Newbie-type thread)
 

In my few years collecting dvds, accumulating more than 2000 discs, I have never encountered this problem before.

Got in on the Costco WB sale and among my pickups was Gilmore Girls season 3. I open up the wrapped box to put the disks in a case logic wallet and, to my frustration, find that there is no disc 6 in my set. How do I go about getting a sixth disc? Do you just bring the set to costco and ask to exchange it? Do you have to spend innumerable hours on the phone with Warner people? Thanks for your help.

Also, who else can't wait to get their copy of the new 2-disc avant-garde set?

Take it back and tell 'em you want to exchange it for a new set. They shouldn't give you any grief about it.
