not the CC, but the one about the spelling bee:

i think its only FS but how can i be 100% sure there isnt a WS version available?

The movie's OAR is 4:3. I saw it theatrically. The movie was pillarboxed in the center of a 1.85:1 theater screen.

The documentary was originally intended as a television production, but once they saw what they had the distributor gave it a theatrical release instead.
