Question about Nip Tuck Season 1 box art

i recently bought season 1 of nip tuck .. and the cover has an eye on the cover with stitches .. i could have sworn when it first came out the box art had the white manequin with the red traces lines on it from the opening of the show ? was this the original box art or did it change ?? thanks
