Does anybody know or can they tell if the 10disc set at deepdiscountdvd is the Megaset ?

If it's 10 discs long, it's the megaset. That's the entire series.

You mean the one that clearly says the following in the DVD Description field?

"This Mega-Set is a definitive collection of all 17 episodes, uncut and digitally remastered."
