Are all copies of this supposed to have the necklace? I bought on at Media Play today and there wasn't one inside.

Was your copy new or used ? Chances are if it's used, it didn't come with a necklace.

It was brand new.

Is there any chance that one of the tins might come with Jena Malone?

The Hot Topic set's only "exclusive" was the necklace inside the tin. The tin without the necklace can be found almost anywhere, but the tin with the necklace is hard to come by in stores. I used to sell this Hot Topic set on eBay when it first came out to people overseas who could not order it from from Hot Topic. If you wanted the tin, the Hot Topic version was the best version.. otherwise... paying $15 extra on release day to get a piece of metal and necklace wasn't worth it.
