'Kapo', rare 1960 Itailan Women-in-Prison movie with Susan Strasberg giving an amazing performance.

A region 2 DVD with stunning picture quality. May still be available in Europe.

Well worth checking out.

I've got a number of limited edition international DVDs, including some limited to 1000, 2000, 5000, 10000, and 30000 copies produced.

For R1, at various times, I own/have owned Salo CC, Ultimate Toy Box, Hard Boiled CC, Sid & Nancy, Swamp Thing, and many many more.

Don't have that many really hard to find ones, but Criterions of Notorious, Rebecca, & Spellbound obviously will be harder and harder to come by in the years to come. Alfred Hitchcock's Bon Voyage & Aventure Malgache isn't exactly the most common DVD to find, but I wouldn't call it rare. I also have the OOP original Invisible Man from the 2001 Universal Monster Collection. That's about it.

Tool: Salival - there were 50,000 copies printed in 2000, and now it seems to be considered very rare. Unfortunately, my CD is slightly scratched, but the DVD is in great condition
Cinematic Orchestra: Man With a Movie Camera - Corvin mentioned this one, too. I haven't seen it ANYWHERE (eBay, amazon, etc.) since.
Eraserhead - not exactly "rare", but definitely a "specialty" item that was worth every penny.
Wicker Man LE - wooden box with two different cuts of the film.
A few OOP Criterions (Silence of the Lambs, Straw Dogs). I would have had the Wrong Men & Notorious Women set, but was scammed on amazon.com marketplace. On the upside, I got my money back, but now the set is way more expensive.

Shoeshine (R1 version) - This went out of print right after it was released. It shows up on ebay occasionally and almost always sells for over $100. In fact there's one on there now that's up to $51 with a day left to go. It will probably shoot up over $100 towards the end...

Pixote

Pig (Rozz Williams) - I suppose this would actually be the rarest i have as there were only a thousand or two made.

Clownhouse - This one should be really rare but it's not for some reason. It was recalled before it ever hit the stores a year or two ago yet you can find brand new copies all day long on ebay for less than the normal street price of a new dvd. Where are all those copies coming from?

Parents - Fairly rare, you don't see this one for sale too often. On the other hand it's not particularly desirable and therefore not particularly valuable either.

Other recently out of print stuff, not particularly rare or valuable (as far as I know):

I Will Walk like a Crazy Horse
Viva la muerte
Presence of Mind
The Tree of Wooden Clogs
Come and See (Special Edition)

Had no idea that And1 Mixtape Vol. 1-4 was rare. I think I got it free with a purchase of a Reebok hat a few years ago. What were they going for on eBay?
