Chappelle Show Season 2 Problem
 

Hey, I was just watching Chappelle Show season 2 and when I load up the second disk and go straight to Play All there is no sound at all. However all episodes have sound when played seperatly and after selecting an episode then going back into the main menu and selecting Play all it then works fine. Has anyone run into this problem or is it just a bad copy.

I am having a problem with the first disc. I put it in, it starts to load and play, and almost instantly it cuts off saying "bad disc". The only way I can get it to play is by pressing the menu button as soon as it loads up and starts to play. Once I get it to the main menu, it works fine.

But it just wont work by putting the disc in and letting it do its own thing. I am forced to help it along.

NO problems here either. Sounds like disc specific issues. Go back to your retailer for an exchange.

My copy works just fine....

No problems on my Pioneer 525. Disc #3 goes on tonight....

I never got around to picking this up last week but when my wife went to the local Wal-Mart tonight she was going to get it for me but they were out. She asked about it since the spot on the shelf was empty. It turns out they had so many people complain about defective sets that they sent back all the Season 2 sets they got in. I think I'll wait a bit before picking this up so that they can iron out the errors and glitches.

The problem I have is that every transition that is made turns my T.V. off. I think it's the white flashes. It's very weird.

I'm sorry if this is off-topic but WTF on this being uncensored when it isn't. In the Rick James episode it's not uncensored. WTF is up with that?

My set worked flawlessly on my old Sony DVP-S300... hoping this machine lasts forever because I have a feeling a lot of my DVD's won't play on a newer player.

yeah was pissed about this too, when the skit w/ John Mayer. When they go into the office with the meeting going on, and then that Nice looking girl takes off her top,it was still blurry... then watching the Rick James thingy and that too was blurred too. But on another skit where Dave is painting the nude girl, they show it.

BTW, no problems at all with my set.

I wish they had more hands so they could remove all of the blurs.
