Chappelle Show S2 playback problems on PS2?
 

I tried playing Chappelle Show S2 on my PS2 today but encountered some pixelation glitches and freezing pyoblems.

Have any of you had the same problem?

It occurred during the first episode at the "Racial Draft". I turned off my system and tried it again, and by skipping directly to the scene, I was able to watch a little more of it before it started to go crazy again.

It works in my other DVD player just fine, I am trying to figure out if it's a PS2 problem or a bad disk.

I watched that same episode on my PS2 and it worked just fine.

Well if it played in your other dvd player fine then most likely it is a PS2 problem.

Sounds like an issue with your PS2 to me. Then again, some players deal with a blemish that may be minor on a disc, better than others. PS2's are really sketchy players anyway... why somebody would be using a PS2 as their stand-alone DVD player is beyond me, especially with decent DVD players being so cheap.
