DVD Description

The TV world got a jolt in 2003 when a group of confident gay men hosted a show named QUEER EYE FOR THE STRAIGHT GUY. Aimed at giving a full lifestyle makeover to a number of straight guys who just didn't match up to the expectations of the garrulous hosts of the show, it proved to be an enormous success. Here, the crew takes five members of the Boston Red Sox and attempt to give them the QUEER EYE treatment, providing some entertaining and surprising results for the viewers at home!

I already pre-ordered at DDDVD, nothing like saving $50+ off the MSRP.

apparently, the set contains 12 disks.

the entire 7-game NYY series on 7 disks
the entire 4-game STL series on 4 disks
the previously released BOS-STL World Series overview on 1 disk

plus, on the upper-left hand cover of the set, you can see the "official MLB DVD" logo

plus, i also read in some website that this is only the first in a series of mega-DVD sets that are going to be released by MLB. other teams (yes, Yankees, i'm talking to you ) will have their own sets as well. damn, if i can only find that link!

I hope this contains the WEEI guys instead of Tim McCarver. Lockerroom celebrations and parade footage, too.

Is there a A&E website so I can a e-mail the company and see if it has closed captioning? I am really hoping that it has closed caption since my girlfriend is deaf and loves the Boston Red Sox, it would be a wonderful birthday present for her.

store.aetv.com-Is that the website? They doesn't seem to sell sport DVDs

According to Amason.com it is closed-captioned.
