This is the second posting like this in a month...basically, NO F@#KING NEWS. RGB have been left in the cold....cold cash and hot water. Except for 2 rudimentary R2 UK releases, news is nil. Apparently the 20th anniv GB DVD has been aborted. Does anyone else have news?

From www.tvshowsondvd.com:

Real Ghostbusters, The - A Couple of Episodes Coming to DVD

A couple (meaning 2) episodes of The Real Ghostbusters are going to be included in the upcoming Ghostbusters movie set coming from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. While it's unlikely many of you will buy the set just for the two episodes, it's a nice bonus with the movies. Here's a shot of an ad appearing in industry magazines which touts the episodes:

Sorry, we haven't heard of any plans to release the series in sets. Special thanks to Mara Malovany for letting us know.
There is also a peak at the back cover of the upcoming release.

Maybe Sony is putting these episodes on the special edition dvds as some sort of test run. If the sales are good, perhaps season 1 wont be too far off. Me hopes so

I wonder if these will be the same episodes as came out 6 months ago in the UK?
