Trial and Error Widescreen?

This is probably my favorite Charlize movie. I have coupons burning a hole in my pocket but I don't want to get this movie if it will be released in widescreen. Frankly I don't know if it even made it to the movies instead of HBO.

Does anyone have any info on this?
