Dressed To Kill (De Palma) DVD question

Do all R1 versions have the Unrated (X-Rated? ;) ) cut on via branching? :)

I have found 2 near identical DVDs @ DVD Soon...

And here

Which one is which or are they the same? :)

I have the R1 MGM version (just happened to watch it again this weekend) and it has both the R-rated cut and the unrated cut on the same disc. The unrated is an entirely separate version of the movie; it's not done via seamless branching.

The MGM disc also has a neat extra that compares the R-rated, unrated and TV network versions of several scenes (the opening shower sequence, the elevator encounter, Nancy Allen's visit to the doctor's office). Needless to say, the TV version renders some of these scenes incomprehensible.

BTW, the links you posted show the MGM Special Edition cover on the Orion disc, which is now OOP, so I'm guessing they're both the same disc.

No, it was done by seamless branching.
