how is this related to DVD's and talking?

I seem to remember that this show was on Nickelodeon in the very early days of that network. It was on after "The Seven Cities of Gold" and "The Little Prince", but was on before "Today's Special" and "You Can't Do That On Television".

Nope..... I don't know what the heck that is.

It was a Japanese animationed show that was dubbed over in English.
