Hello All, I'm new to this forum and I have a DVD label question

I am looking to custom my own DVD LABELs , I see some nice labels on Daprogger and I love the work. Does anyone know how they make the labels with no hole in the middle of the disc? What are some good software to do this in? If anyone can help I would appreciate it a lot, you can email me at [email protected] thanking you all in advance.
