Seems like a few of us still haven't received ours yet. Would you mind posting the phone number they sent you so that we can talk to actual people, instead of getting the runaround through e-mail? Same here. Got the e-mail, sent a email to customer service, and I got a second e-mail telling me was shipping out soon. I received the box about a month ago. Last night I got the apology.

Ordered on December 29, 2004. Received email March 15, 2005 saying my slipcase had shipped and that I should receive it soon. Came home from work the same day (March 15), and my slipcase was sitting on my doorstep. Wow, I was not aware I had used same day delivery! -wink-

I signed up sometime in December. Wasn't that concerned about missing out on it, so I never sent any emails to them about why it hadn't arrived yet. I got it yesterday without having received any shipping notice or charges to my credit card. The charge came through today.

Arrived late, but worth the wait. It was packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition. Looks good too. :)

Very nice box, I know it's a small thing but the EE's look so good in it. Now, to find something for my theatrical editions... And Paul Champagne delivers- Unfinished Tales That Unfinished Tales one will be mine, my precious! |
