I was reading on another chappelle site that he's muslim now and his new people are causing problems hence the reason for the delay.

Why 3 discs? All that could easily fit on two, with room to spare.

Anyway, this is yet another release slated for a Friday. This really screws with my Amazon preorders, since there's no way of getting it by release weekend.

1/1/2010 - yes, that's a Friday - is the date Amazon uses for "we don't know what the date is". When Paramount told them that the set was delayed, 'Zon used that date as a placeholder until the new date was decided on. Now they've changed it, I see, to say "Release date to be announced:The release date for this video has not been finalized."

5/24/05 - a Tuesday! - is indeed the new date; Paramount got the word to me and I posted it as news at TSoD immediately. Amazon will catch up with this info soon enough; just give them a day or two.
