Jeepers Creepers (2 Disc) Release!?
I heard about a 2 disc version of jeepers creepers before but I didn't hear or read anyone confirm it. I bump into a 2 disc release of jeepers creepers.
Has anyone got it?
have there been other releases that were meant to be a single disc but have a rare limited release of 2 discs without being announced?

Back in August I picked up the 2 Disc version of Jeepers Creepers. The easiest way to tell that it is 2 discs is by picking up the case. You can feel the "page" that holds the second dvd rattle in the case. The discs have no artwork on them. The last few times I have been to Borders all of the Jeepers Creepers have been 2 discs.

I thought MGM discontinued the SE?
And the original SE was a DVD-14. The widescreen and full frame versions of the flick were on the dual-layered side and all the extras were on the single-layered side. So the two-disc SE is 1 DVD-9 and 1 DVD-5, similar to MGM's Bowling for Columbine (which had dual single-disc and two-disc editions).

MGM did unfortunately discontinue the Special Edition. However late pressings of the SE had two discs (with no artwork) rather than one DVD-14.

hannibal is the same
the special edition has an incredible DTS track as well as another disc of extras
you can tell by this:
2 disc top of the spine: special edition
1 disc top of the spine: MGM | DVD

The 1 disc version only has a commentary and cast bios.
The 2 disc version has:
Deleted and extended scenes inlcuding alternate opening and ending sequences.
Disrector's audio commentary
Behind the peeprs
a collection of 6 mini featurettes on the making of the film
photo gallery
original trailer
And more!
The 2 Disc version has 2 double sided discs!
I bought Jeepers at Coconuts B/M and I also bought Stargate 2 Disc (The last one) which is not OOP.
