I love your Kevin Smith Shelf! I'm planning the same kind of thing once I get a house. IMHO the only thing your missing is the Kevin Smith Box Set (7 Disc) (R3):

IMHO worth it for the artwork alone (why I got it)

Region 3 Kevin Smith Collection
Yeah, I saw that set at DvD Detective. But I don't like to spend money to buy repeats of things I already own.
Plus, the fact that it's not an official release. It may look nice and if I was a absolute completist I would get, BUT again I already own all those discs.
BTW, I redid the "Dogma" 2-Disc, "Clerks: Uncensored" 2-Disc and "JaSB:SB" 2-Disc into slim 2-Disc cases. It was to make more room in the rack they were in before the shelves. I don't understand why they use those double thick cases.

Here's my old HT:
Here's my temporary HT while I rennovate my crack house, it's a small room, so the less you see, the better.

Small DVD collection:
Sony DA30ES receiver, Sony DVP-NC600 DVD changer, Paradigm Monitor 5 v.2 fronts, mini Monitor v.2 rears, CC 370 v.2 (center),PDR-8 (sub).

Here’s my HT system in my small Bachelor apartment. It’s snug, but it makes for an excellent theatre experience. By the way, I have Mission speakers and 8” woofer.

Here’s my Samsung HLN5065WX. An excellent DLP set that also doubles as my PC monitor.

Sony STRDE-1075 6.1 Receiver

Samsung DVD-HD841 with DVI output and Sony CDPCE345 5-disc CD player

Bell ExpressVU 6100 HD Receiver, Sony VCR, and my all-region DVD player: Malata DVD-520.

I own 229 DVDs.

Told you I had a small apartment.

I got this rare Scarlett Johansson LOST IN TRANSLATION poster on eBay.

Oh, I hate to sound like a commercial, but if you have multi-remotes like I do, one thing that will make your life a lot easier is the Logitech Harmony SST-659 universal remote. It’s nearly guaranteed to control any remote device.

It’s so easy to use. For instance, if I push the “Watch a Movie” button, the TV, receiver and DVD player simultaneously turn on, automatically set to their appropriate setting. The same happens when you push the “Watch TV” button, but the satellite receiver comes on instead. I’m totally impressed. Easily my favourite Christmas gift in 2004.

Cheers.

That's a nice collection of red x's, JIF.
May I suggest a better host for your photos? I'm assuming you're trying to use Yahoo Briefcase. Never worked for me either. I use Photobucket now.

It's cheaper to get the "Now Playing" sign from "Show Off Displays" but again I dont know if they will respond via email.
I posted a while ago a phone number for Rick on another forum.
Try this number is you can't reach anyone via email.

never got around to taking pics of the HT but it isn't very impressive.
These pics are from a couple months back and I think I changed what is in the third picture.
