I can't be bothered to do an actual count, but Jules Jordan probably holds the number one spot in my library.

Hitchock (by far), Zhang Yimou, Tarantino, Speilberg, Francois Ozon, Guisseppe Tornatore, Billy Wilder, Woody Allen

Mine is a tie at 6 between Steven Spielberg and Clint Eastwood.

Out of almost 400 DVD's not a single Alfred Hitchcock which seems to be very popular here.

Defiant1 01-03-05 11:06 PM

Ridley Scott (Alien, Black Hawk Down, Gladiator, and Hannibal) and Steven Spielberg (Jurassic Park 1, 2, Catch Me If You Can and Minority Report) are tied with four each. Peter Jackson and Francis Ford Coppola are tied for second with three each (LOTR and Godfather trilogies) . Then I have lots of directors that I have two DVDs of.

If 1492: Conquest of Paradise is ever released, Ridley will take sole possession of first place. :)

asianxcore 01-03-05 11:11 PM

haven't done an actual count but Quentin Tarantino, George Lucas, Takashi Miike, Peter Jackson, Alfred Hitchcock are probably what I have the most of.
