Star Trek TOS 1-3 BB Bonus Discs - worth it?
Hey guys,
I received the 3 Star Trek (TOS) box sets as a christmas present. My Best Buy still has some of these with the bonus discs - are the bonus discs any good or worth having?
I can return these three and purchase the BB ones, which would cost me about an extra $30 altogether. Are these worth it or should I just not bother?
Thanks for any info,
Roy

For $30 more? I'd say heeeeeelllllll no! I've got the first and second season sets w/BB "bonus" disc. They're nothing special, IMO, and certainly NOT worth $30.
Just keep what ya got, but make sure none of your discs are damaged.

Well, the Star Trek bonus DVDs go for about 15-30 bucks on e-bay. The Indiana Jones discs go for about as high as 40. Now I know that ebay isnt a hard and fast price guide, but it should give you a ballpark figure. If you decide to sell the freebie disc, the secondary market can often pay for the Best Buy markup.

I have all the Star Trek bonus discs for TNG, DS9, Voyager and TOS. I'm really glad to have them, but I wouldn't pay $30 for the three TOS ones. They're good to have when they're free with the set, but I wouldn't pay extra for them.
