Yep, it´s a bootleg.

The "DVD 9" printed above where it states 3-DISC SET reveal it´s bootleg.

I couldn't see the chinese writing at first, but couldn't that also just mean it's a different region?

If it were a legimate release, it would very likely be R3, not R0.

Ignoring this, however, the Ultimate Toy Box has a legitimate release in only three countries: The U.S., U.K., and Australia. (R1, R2, and R4, respectively)
