My RoTK EE DVD cardboard holder is hard to get out and put in

i bought it from Best Buy and none of my other EEs are like this, they slide in and out with no problem at all but with this one i have to shake it to get it out and i have to push pretty hard to put it back

anybody else have this problem?

My fellowship one slides out really easy. My TTT and ROTK ones take a little effort to getting the thing to slide out.

Mine was a little tight vertically as well--but there seems to be a bit of extra space horizontally. I'll have to compare that to the others, but I know the others were a little looser over all.

Use a little "lubricant" and see if that gets it in and out easier.

I'm sure it is, you either have a major problem or you're in the wrong forum. Once you get it in ( i don't know how or want to know) if you get it out, why would you want to use it again.

Some of you must have the Liv "Horse Lips From My Dad" Tyler case, where everything is just sucked in there and you have to use an amount of effort to pull it out.

Try reversing the insert, since usually one end it fractionally wider than the other.

Seriously though, check to see if your fold-out has one of those little black bar theft thingies in it. Mine did on the 3rd disc flap and it prevented the fold-out from closing fully, which did make it a little tight in the slipcase. I removed it and it fits just as well as the other two EEs now.

Mine's tight as well.

I have to shake the fucker out of the slipcase to get it out.
