Funny OAR story
So I am down visiting my parents for the wonderful holiday seaon with my brother, and things are going pretty well. Eating cookies, wrapping presents, making Christmas cards, the whole nine, right? So my sister asks(mind you she is 9 years old) if I can take her to her friends house to watch a movie I said sure, and we all jumped in the car heading down to her friends house to watch a film. Her friend let her in, and I came in as well, since I am good friend with her brother. So my sister's friend goes and get "A Cinderella Story" with Hilary Duff and puts it in the DVD player. I then hear my sister in the background going, "Oh No....you don't have the Fulscreen version do you?". My sisters friend replies, "Absolutely. I want to see the whole picture." My sister, being fed movie information since she was in utero said to her, "actually your missing more than half the movie that way. My sister then said something that had me busting me up she flat out told her friend....."Fullscreen is the Devil" . Ahhh KIds.....gotta love em.

"...and a little child shall lead them."
Actually, movie execs that decide, in this day and age, to release movies in fullscreen are the devil. Fullscreen in simply the tool of the devil, used to try and distract from the holy righteousness that is widescreen.
Now, let the congregation say "amen."

That is classic...and also that shirt design rules. Where can you buy those? If you can't any more, I know a screenprinter who might want to make up a batch

I'm actually talking to a friend who has very affordable rates for screenprinting, to see about getting that shirt. I suppose I should start a thread about it, but what forum would it go under? This one?

It's YOU, Davlin, who is of the devil! Don't you know FULLFRAME=FAMILY FRIENDLY! You best take your liberal minded propeganda off this message board, buddy! And I just might call child protection services on you!!!!!
Just kidding, of course. But I do find it wrong when studios put out family movies only in full frame, or when studios do list the fullframe disc as "family friendly," as they did with Roger Rabbit.
It is good to see them start young! I was just kneehigh to a grasshopper when I saw the Siskel and Ebert episode on the Color Purple and Spielberg's push to get the video tape to only have the widescreen version and all the reasons why. I've been a widescreen believer ever since! Start them young!

in regards to the shirt, I LOVE the front, but I'm not so hot on the back cuz it's pretty dam condescending and just has the wearer of it asking "Hi, I'm a Film Snob, please kick my butt now"
