Does Bourne Supremacy explain a certain shot from the car chase?
The shot where one of the good guys is in the car and gets side swiped by another car. And you see all of this in one shot.
How'd they do that? |
Magic...

with a camera...

... and a computer.

I tried to listen to that commentary track, the director is very dull, boring, and just explains what is on screen. Had to turn it off, was putting me to sleep. He probably would have done better if he had someone to talk with and not by himself.

Its not in the commentary - its in the featurettes. And yes, they explain everything, like "How is Matt Damon doing his own stunt driving?"

There was no CGI in Supremacy - the inside-the-car-crash-shot was attainable only by having small, hand-held cameras inside the car. These are the same cameras that give the movie a "jittery" look that a lot people don't seem to like. But without them, they wouldn't be able to get a lot of the cool shots that they did.

Yes - i meant was there a dvd feature explaining it. Thanks for responding everyone.
The specific point i couldn't figure out is that we see the car crash into Damon's car. How did they do that? |
