Can anyone recommend a DVD on Yoga?
 

On her list, my wife wants a yoga DVD this Christmas. Thinking this would be a no-brainer I perused Ebay, Amazon and the like to see what's out there. To my amazement there seem to be hundreds!

Has anyone here seen/used one of these and if you have can you recommend one or even what NOT to get?

BTW, she's a beginner!
