There's a great new edition of Breaker Morant on the horizon...
...I was going through the upcoming releases and noticed Breaker Morant listed. I thought it might have been a re-issue or price break on the old crappy Fox Lorber version but lo, I was wrong. It is this:
Breaker Morant
This is not as well known a film as some of the other great movies that came out of the Australian new wave, like Gallipoli, Mad Max and Walkabout, but it's an absolutely terrific film with a great performance by Edward Woodward as the title character. The MSRP is a bit high but surely there'll be a deal here and there on it.
