Any news on Nikita Season Two Release Date?

Has anybody heard if they have a new release date set for the La Femme Nikita Season Two set? It was supposed to come out in July but it was pulled from store's shelves slating a music rights issue. Everybody said that it would most likely be resolved quickly but I haven't heard anything about it lately. I did a search for related postings on this site and several others with no luck. Does anybody have an update?

Great news! Hope the resolution involves getting the rights to the music in question and not just pressing new versions with a different soundtrack.
