Double Discs in a Box Set

I got the Angel Season One box set a while ago and started watching each disc in succession when by the time I got to sixth disc, lo and behold it was another disc 5. So I'm wondering can I go back to like Bestbuy and ask for a replacement or do I have to go direct to fox or something?

Try Best Buy, they may switch it out.
