Chicken Run ???
 

I need help with two copies of Chicken Run that I have.

1st copy - C 2002, picture of two guys over the buildings on the cover

2nd copy - C 2000, Special Edition, the two guys are not over the building on the cover

UPC is the same for both DVD - 6 67068 64532 3

Is the first copy a re-released? I can post pictures if anyone wants to see them.

If the discs are identical content-wise, then I would say you've got a re-release. What are the specs on the back covers?

I got it when it just came out. The cover is like the one below, except instead of the banner "The Year's Funniest Movie!", it has a red "Special Edition" banner. The UPC is just like yours.

I remember when buying mine I had both in hand, and chose the original for that reason.

bb sight says DTS.....ill let you know after i get my lazy ass up to pick up the dvd...

The re-release with the slightly different art work doesn't mention DTS as one of the specs on the back.

Apparently I have the re-release with the same art work (and DTS) as the original, but it has no booklet! I used to own the original DVD. Why is Dreamworks getting so cheap?

ok,picked up my 4.99 dvd of Chicken Run, and it is not the DTS SE/ first release.....

i did go over to the DVD shelf and Noticed 1 copy of the DTS SE of chicken run...

thought about going over to the desk to fight it out;)

but it is only Chicken Run......


so i just left.....

My bad.....

although DTS is not mentioned on the back cover of the case,it is in bold letters on the disk itself....

this is the new pressing...
