I have to wonder how these will be compared to the TLEFilms restorations........
I would still love to have this set since rather than buy the German Paramount set.
Would also like to see a set for MY NAME IS NOBODY & NOBODY IS THE GREATEST

I have never seen Duck You Sucker, sounds like a strange western - an IRA explosives expert and a bandit take part in the mexican revolution - that's about all I know about it. Soooo.... I am going to let my fellow DVD Talkers decide for me ---> do you recommend Duck You Sucker? Is it a worthy movie enough to get the anthology? I'm a Leone fan, so how about it?

Duck You Sucker should be regarded, rightly, as one of Leone's masterpieces.

Good move on MGM's part on making the covers match TGTBTU. They'll all look nice together as one complete set.

I love you.

That's for whoever is responsible for making this finally happen. I'm not ashamed to say it, I love you.

if these are the same type of packaging as the good the bad and the ugly, I'll be getting the individual discs, they are very nice. Unless there is some other reason to buy the box.

Here's hoping they're all the same size to match TGTBTU as well.

I don't think that's very likely. They will probably be in standard 2-Disc keepcases with slipcovers, or if you buy the box, without slipcovers.

Too bad Coburn doesn't have dynamite in his hand. Otherwise, not bad for the rest.

Exactly, but probably packaged in slimline cases for the box.

As long as they're in standard keepcases and not funky digipaks like TGTB&TU I'm happy. And I'll gladly rebuy TGTB&TU if it's re-released in a standard keepcase too.

Good news. I got this set yesterday and although GBU is the same discs as the previous Extended cut DVD set, FOD, FFDM and DUS all have the original mono soundtracks unlike the UK discs. The picture quality looks the same as the UK discs.

You mean June 5th. And okay. I was worried I was gonna go overboard on spending when I included this but now I don't have to for a few more weeks
