Snatch Superbit pikey subtitles??
Can anyone confirm whether or not the Superbit of Snatch retains Brad Pitt's pikey subtitles from the initial release? I haven't seen this come up in any reviews or threads . . .
Thanks, Dave |
I just saw the Superbit version. Not sure what you mean though because I never saw the initial release. Was there subtitles shown when Brad Pitt's character spoke?

Yes, they are on there.

How much (if any) of an improvement is the superbit transfer?

Snatch was the first Superbit title I bought (it was on sale at Best Buy!) and I was curious as to whether I would see any difference. At the time I had a 27" set.
I put the old disc in, took a look at a couple of scenes, then repeated this with the SB disc. I was pleased to notice that I could see a sharper, more detailed transfer - and this was with a 27" set, remember. I have picked up SBs since, especially as I now have a 53" set. |
