Predator SE is on my Xmas hit list, I held off on buying P2 because I heard rumours about an SE coming out to coincide with AVP's DVD release.

I will be picking it up.

wow, how did this miss the annoucement about this release -

great news, now I can finally sell my laserdisc copy. Got to say I am quite a fan of this viciously violent flick, and with DTS 5.1 sound, ah this puppy goin' sound sweet!

Well the DTS re-release I guess, but I' still think the transfer is better. At least that's what the reviews of the Pred SE said.

There's still a little bit of compression artifacts on the opening sequence with the helicopters coming into the beach-side base. But other than that, the rest of the film looked a lot better.

Well that Cover is very striking and well done fox, lets hope its not a cheap Digipack piece of crap, but a nice sturdy Ammary please, or ever an ammaray in a slipcase.

And True Lies. Both of these are yet to be anamorphic.

A solid film and a good continuation of the Predator franchise. This may be the first film I have ever double dipped on.

You're kidding. You've never double-dipped?

Ever seen a grown man naked?

Hmm interesting, I thought all the reviews said it was the completly same transfer. Thats why I didn't buy it. Could you do some comparsions shots?
