Quantum Leap S2 - coming when?
 

According to the always reliable "coming soon" section, the second season of Quantum Leap isn't coming until Dec. 14.

So I was surprised when I saw it listed in the Target ad in my Sunday paper as coming out Oct. 26, this Tuesday! ($37.99)

Which is right?

EDIT: Best Buy still has it listed as a pre-order to be released Dec. 14 ($43.99). I wonder if Target's ad is wrong?

says the release was moved back. perhaps target has it wrong. not a bad price, however.

34.99 at Costco (assuming it will be priced the same as S1)

Hmm... maybe Target, or whoever does their ads, missed the delay in the release date, which would mean it's being listed for release this week is an error. I looked in my paper for where ad corrections are often listed and didn't see any.

As for the price... I wouldn't assume anything... Although since S2 is the first full season, $37.99 is a very, very good price. I am expecting to pay around $35 for it, just like S1... at least in the first week. S1 went up to around $50, just like some other recent TV releases that came out with an around $35 release price.
