Any News on the Chipmunk Adventure?

Does anyone know the current status of the chipmunk adventure coming to dvd? Last I knew it was supposed to be released Mar 30 of this year but it became tangled up in legal problems. (I think) I would absolutely love to have this movie on dvd, anyone know anything? Thanks!
