I have to agree, I thought natural born killers was utter crap. The trailer was so misleading.

Worst Dvd would be the atrocious Artisan release of Matewan. Which sadly MGM has yet to rerelease along with all the other Sayles reissues they did last year. It's supposed to be coming....

worst movie? i don't really rent or buy anything i don't want to see and haven't at least read a little bit about. but i'd have to say Riding in Cars with Girls, or Boys...or whatever that piece of shit was.

The worst DVD would have to be any of the 743 public domain versions of Night of the Living Dead. There is something faintly ironic though, in watching a 17th generation transfer of a horror masterpiece on DVD.

The worst movie I've seen on DVD is Fulci's Zombi. It does have a topless scene involving an actress with incredibly nice breasts and an underwater fight between a zombie and a shark (!) so it wasn't a total loss.

I totally agree. I hired this once and my mind was unable to comprehend how such an abomination was allowed to be committed to celluloid.

When I heard alot of people thought it was at least as good as the original, I was astonished. This was complete ass.

The worst movie I've hired would definately be 'Lost In Space'. What the fuck was up with that?!

Oh, and while watching 'Dude Where's My Car?', I think I could feel my IQ actually dropping. The only good part of that was the Ashton/Sean kiss

Stupid movie. I saw this because I was a fan of The Basketball Diaries (same director) and decent cast, only to be plunged into the worst film of all time. I didn't enjoy a single thing about it.

There are so many to choose from these days!
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and Resevoir Dogs are 2 that come quickly to mind.

Gotta add another one I saw only last night. Kaena: The prophesy. I only wish someone would have prophesied to me just how awful this film was going to be.

Going Overboard with Adam Sandler. Makes most of the movies you guys are posting seem like Academy Award winners (well, besides the people that actually ARE posting Academy Award winners).

Did you check out the commentary? Jodorowsky damn near explained what everything meant! Right down to the bowling balls=testicles!

Once I commit a half-hour to a movie I'll see it through to the end.

I couldn't follow that rule with Red Siren and that's the only movie I remember that happening with.

Better Luck Tomorrow. But to be fair, it was hyped a lot so I probably expected too much of it.

Yeah I hated that movie as well with the exception of Cruise's small performance.
