Depeche Mode - Devotional : possible problem with disc 2
 

Just an FYI that there may be an inherent problem with disc 2 of the recently released Depeche Mode - Devotional.

I read Holly Ordway's review of her problems with disc 2, which were identical to the ones I experienced (i.e. won't play in a number of players, or if it does play, it locks up after displaying garbled, blocky images).

In my review (on another site), I chalked it up to maybe being just a fluke of my copy, but this could indicate a larger problem. The disc itself is clean, and devoid of any scratches or marks.

Disc 1, which is the concert, does play perfect, for what it's worth.

My copy works fine.

I haven't managed to get my hands on a copy yet, but if there is a problem, then i'll hold off for now.

I cannot access the director's interview nor the music videos on the second disc. All other features on disc 2 work fine.

I had no playback problems on disc 1.

Hopefully, Warner Video will correct the problem and issue replacement discs if necessary.

I've watched most of disc 2, including the director's intro, the tour book, and half of the videos and projections, on my Daewoo, and I have had no problems.

I checked the DM site and message board and saw no mention of anything, either.

Can those people with problems please list what kind of player they have?
