Region 1 vs. Region 2
 

I haven´t bought the SW Trilogy, yet, but would like to know if there has been made a Region 1 vs. Region 2 comparison.

I am aware that both regions has their pro & cons. It just worries me that so many has problems playing the Region 1 release, and I don´t know if one can actually notice the 4% Pal Speed-up on the Region 2.

Which region is the best version to buy?

I would sinecerly appreciate any comments.

I was under the impression that all the regions got the same exact copy with pretty much no difference. So if that is correct, then its best just to get it in your own region version.

Well, they are the same worldwide.

I was merely refering to image & audio wise... and issues that revolves around playing problems.

Region 1 does seem have problems playing according to other threads on this board. Region 1 also has more Edge Enhancement than Region 2. However, the Region 2 appears to have a softer image than that of the Region 1.

All in all, I´m not sure which one is the best.
