Dracula III: Legacy & Hellraiser VII: Deader (Oct 5th ?) ?

I've been waiting for both of these and noticed Netflix is listing their release date as October 5th. Yet I can't find any online stores offering it as a preorder? That's not a good sign.

Anyone heard anything official recently on either of these titles?

I cant find anything either, looking forward to Dracula. imdb just has October listed

fangoria lists them as "future undated" and they are usually up to date on any release changes....been waiting for these for a while now
