Romance and Rejection: What's the OAR?

Half the online retails say full screen the other half say widescreen 1.85 anamorphic. Some say the release date is 2002, others say March 2004.

Does anyone definitely know if it's wide or full and if it is full screen was that the OAR or was it modified to fit standard televisions? It doesn't seem likely but perhaps there were two releases: wide & full?
