Thesis (aka Tesis) re-release?

This title is now out-of-print (and New Yorker who released this for Tanerorn says they no longer have the rights). Is anyone aware of this getting a new release (hopefully with a transfer not from video)?

i have the UK tartan disc : and it looks like it was done from video. dont know where else it could be issued? good film though...

You guys missed out on the 2 disc CE from Spain. Superior picture and 5.1 sound. It's OOP now.

Still available for rent at Nicheflix, thats where I saw the Spanish 2 disk version.
