Anyone Else Get a Scratched Batman: The Animated Series - Volume 1?

I just bought Batman: TAS - Vol. 1 from Circuit City today, and Disc 1 was scratched well enough to perhaps cause freezing and pixelation, and Disc 4 with minor surface scratches. I'll probably return it this week. Anyone else have this problem? I did a search, but nothing came up.

Nope. Mine's just fine. Must've just got a bad set.

Actually, my Disc 1 had a "blotch" on it that made two episodes unplayable. Amazon sent me a new one ASAP.

Haven't picked up yet but if it will make anyone feel they are not alone I think 1 in 3 TV sets I have bought in the last 2 years have had a scratched disc...especially Fox releases like Buffy, Angel and X Files...sometimes I'll pay more at Suncoast because I have much better luck than with Best Buy
