Scooby Doo 2 DVD Gift Set?

Does anyone know any details on this (release date, contents, price, etc.)? Thank you in advance!

We got one of these in at my work the other day. I only glanced at it quickly but it looks like it includes a stuffed Scooby thats about the same size as a Beenie Baby and a copy of the CD soundtrack. The DVD looked the same as the rest of them, but I can't remember if it was the widescreen or full screen version.
