Anyone store their favorite dvds seperately

My collection is quite big like most of you and it's been getting hard trying to find my favorite. So now I store the ones I play most seperately in a small case for easy access. Anyone else do this?

I have a few seperate collections but that's more based on lack of storage space for the entire collection than anything else There's the main collection, those that I'm likely to watch working out, region 2 & 3, LotR/Tolkien (since I couldn't keep them grouped alphabetically), TV/mystery DVDs

Only 1/4 - 1/3 of my collection is stored in visible cases/shelves. The rest is tucked away in a nice cabinet. Although an entire wall full of DVDs is impressive to guests, it makes the living room like like a Hollywood Video warehouse. I'm moving my boxsets to the visible area since the more consistent look of the larger packaging is less distractive than the uneven look of snappers, keepcases, thinpaks, etc.
