I think that Stone is a great director and i like his movies,but i already have half the movies in that set so i will have to pass

Technically it hasn't been officially announced in quite that way, but check the ad; 12 movies, 14 discs, two bonus discs ['Oliver Stone's America' and 'Persona non Grata / Looking For Fidel'] ... you do the math.

So will there be 2-discs for the movies that previously had them?

There is no final answer. Until it's officially announced, everything is simply speculation.

I thought the two-disc JFK in the Oliver Stone set was the upgrade. There was a third release? What's the difference?

Warner released a newer two-disc set in a digipack, like their other sets. It contains a long documentary on the JFK assassination.
